1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ieFyx platform and website (the "Services"), operated by iSpyCyber Pvt. Ltd. ("ieFyx," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to:

• Use the Services to test, scan, or assess systems you do not own or have explicit authorization to assess
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Use the Services in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation, including CERT-In guidelines

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Authorized Testing Only

ieFyx provides tools for vulnerability management, exposure management, and penetration test reporting. You represent that you have obtained all necessary authorizations before using the Services to assess any system, network, or application. Unauthorized security testing may violate the law.

5. Subscription & Payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at signup or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, and content (excluding data you upload), are owned by iSpyCyber Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data and findings you upload to the platform.

7. Confidentiality

Security findings, scan results, and reports generated through the Services may contain sensitive information. Both parties agree to handle such information with appropriate confidentiality measures.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While ieFyx is built on CERT-In certified delivery practices, no security tool can guarantee the identification of all vulnerabilities or risks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSpyCyber Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription according to the terms of your plan.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
